Currently leading UX research in reimagining sustainability with EnergyTech. Previously worked in a SaaS startup for 2 years as a product person building inventory management software, and in a digital agency for almost 4 years under the strategy team in helping regional clients in building digital strategies, e-commerce websites, online travel booking websites, and various digital campaigns.
Experienced in building B2B and B2C digital products, and working with agile (scrum and lean) and waterfall development teams.
Posses a passion for representing the user point of view and an intense curiosity about why people do what they do.
