Short Bio:
I am a User Experience / Customer Experience consultant with 13 years of experience in research, strategy, and design. I have a Bachelor degree in product design and a Ph.D. in human factors. Coupled that with my constant curiosity, passion for design, and interests in technology, branding, and marketing, I have delivered strategies, concepts, and products that bring meaningful experiences to the customers and great value to the business. I am excited to end to end customer touch points through different interaction platforms, from physical products, digital, to spatial and service experience.
